We were welcomed immediately upon entering the sale floor. Very friendly and personable. Never felt in the way or a hassle. Showroom was spotless. I’ve been to numerous dealerships and this place was hospital level shine and clean. When we left the girls made sure to thank us and even the sales guys (who we didn’t talk with much as we were looking for clothes) thanked us for coming in with a smile.   • "I had my bike at a dealership in Dallas, they were rude uncaring and acting as if I was a bother. I had my bike towed from Dallas to the Woodlands because I was told John and Jennifer would treat me right. Jennifer accepted my bike off the wrecker and had me written up before I got to the dealership. John told me they were 2 weeks out for my bike to be even looked at. He called me yesterday and told me my bike should be ready this weekend way faster than I expected. Glad I made the choice to come down from Dallas."

  • "Thank you so much for changing what could have been a nightmare into a chance to be in contact with great people who believe in "the motorcycle family". My husband, Sergei, was in a crash in Houston on Sunday morning. He got lucky (no oncoming traffic) and escaped with "only" 4 broken ribs and a broken collarbone. Oh, and an 800 pound motorcycle (99 FHLT) in the parking lot of the emergency room that needed to come home to New York. I had left messages all over Houston trying to find someone who could help me keep the bike until I could arrange shipping. You called within 5 minutes of your opening on Tuesday (Pete in Sales). Within 10 minutes you had offered to go get the bike and keep it for as long as it took to arrange shipping (Daniel in Service). Words cannot do justice to the relief I felt when I understood that we were part of "the motorcycle family" (Daniel's words) and that I had nothing to worry about. I hope that we can somehow do something for you that will come close to what you have done for us. Many thanks, and please come visit us in New York - Sergei will be ready to show you the Tri-State area and New England in about 8 weeks (doctor's orders) which is high summer and a great time to be here.   • "I've been on Motorcycles since I was 14... Motocross, Enduro, Street 3 Cyl 2 Stroke Suzuki's in the 80s. Later on to Norton (a basket case), A Sporty and after some time, a Road King. All of them have benefited my sanity in one way or the other... The 07 Road King (96ci/6spd) was a realization of years before, and it truly became my sanctuary.

    Fast Forward...

    In Oct I came in after talking to James for a while and wanted to ride a new 107 or 104 and planned to move into a different frame. When I got to the store and picked the Road Glide... I got what I expected... A powerful smooth bike with stability and bling to match... but couldn't have expected what came next. Went out with another rider and he took a new Road King Special 107... I asked if we could switch, since I owned an 07, I wanted to see the difference. When I sat the '18... it felt like home... then the other rider simply said, this one isn't as heavy as the Road Glide. Both 107s but oh man... I was about to discover weight and power. He jumped on the Glide and muscled on. I had to be a little "lickitee-split" and as I pulled onto the road and rolled the thottle... flashbacks of a 250 motocross bike momentarily flashed in my brain as I turned the bars ever so slightly into the breaking back tire... My Fault... My Fun!!The nimble Special snapped up, straight as an arrow, and within a half block... I was along side the other rider and let him know, we could continue... cause seat time is seat time... but I was ready to return the store... I wanted the bike I was setting on. He briefly expressed curiosity then smiled, I guess my expression told the story. We turned back to the store and I was in an amazing state... Can't describe it... but sometimes I tell people, it was pure emotion... that seems to be something to help them understand. I put the first 500 mi on it in about 3 weeks... the rest is history, as they say.The Staff... from front to back and side to side... the best Harley Davidson store I've been in... I am grateful."

  • "I recently purchased a 2013 V-Rod Night Rod from a local of Spring, TX. I had brought my trailer from New Orleans, LA and had planned to trailer my bike back home. Having never trailered such a large haul before, me and my father stopped into HD of the Woodlands for some parts and assistance. Kalan (service), Paul (parts) and Kevin (service) went above and beyond their call of duty. Kalan explained to us that he had hauled many bikes before on trailers and knew of the proper way of strapping them down for a long-ride. I am happy to say that my bike was transferred safely and correctly with no damage whatsoever.I am extremely grateful to Kalan and the rest of the Harley-Davidson of the Woodlands staff for their support and thoughtfulness.Sincerely,"

  • "I just purchased a 2012 Ultra Classic Ltd before Thanksgiving. I truly enjoy the bike and all the accessories that were added. This is an awsome bike and was fully supported by your staff.

    Chad was excellent to work with and provide a great trade in on my RK 2006 and got me all set up on the new bike. Also, Walt was terrific in all aspects of the sale and getting the bike to me. Seriously, Walt was great and I enjoyed the pre-sale attention and as well the excellent post-sale attention.

    Two great people to deal with. Also, i don't want to forget the shop as well. In particular Frank and Laura really were most helpful as well as others that prepared the bike.

  • "I recently had a really bad experience with a dealer regarding an accident repair. It was awful and I will never go back to them. I went to talk with Bruce Kain at Woodlands Harley service and he could not have been more kind, fair, and professional. He helped me as no one else has since I've been riding Harley's! He was prompt in all our dealings and I could not be more happy with the results! GO HERE if you need service. Ask for Bruce and let him help you out.
